on friday 10th september there is a club social: (THERE WILL BE NO TRAINING THAT NIGHT) wivelsfield village hall arrive 6.45pm finishing approx 10.30pm all squad members are to bring a plate of food (see list below) mini squad crisps, sausage rolls,fruit (easy to peel please) bronze sandwiches, crisps sliver curdites, pizza, chicken dippers JG/gold sausages,quiche, cakes training squads biscuits,crisps. drinks BYO

| About the Club |

Formed in 2007 following the merger of Burgess Hill SC and Haywards Heath SC, Olympos Marlins now has over 850 active swmmmers, of all ages ( from 6 to 80) and all abilities. The club has full ASA Swim 21 Accreditation. The new club has already proved a success with the immediate promotion of the Swim Team to the National Swimming League Southern Premier Division, after winning the Division 1 Title in December 2007. The success of our Competitive Squad swimmers, is based upon the clubs comprehensive Childrens Teaching programme and Training (Fitness) sessions, managed by our Head Coach (Beth Ross) and her experienced Teaching and Coaching staff. The Masters (Adult) section now numbers over 200,swimmers, making it one of the largest and competively most successfull Masters groups in the Country. The Mens, Senior and Junior Water Polo Teams are one of the strongest squads in Sussex, whlile the Ladies Team swim in the National League, with a team containing several home grown internationals Our Dolphin & Starfish, sessions for the "disabled" have been established for 20 years and are enjoyed by the swimmers
